On the afternoon of March 23, the convenor meeting of the Alumni Association of Tsinghua High School was held online。Zhang Jie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary-General of the Alumni Association of Tsinghua High School, Wang Yingmin, Secretary Ai Bin and more than 20 alumni conveners of different grades attended the meeting。We gathered together to discuss the development plan of the alumni Association and build a more solid bridge for exchanges and cooperation among alumni。
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Wang Yingmin expressed warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to the attending alumni on behalf of the school。He pointed out that alumni are an important force for the development of their Alma mater and an important talent for promoting social progress。The establishment and development of the Alumni Association not only strengthens the contact and communication between alumni, but also provides a broad platform for cooperation and exchange between Alma mater and alumni。He hopes that the alumni can actively participate in the activities of the alumni Association, and jointly contribute to the development of the alumni association and the Alma mater。
Afterwards, the alumni convenor of the meeting spoke one after another and had an in-depth discussion on the future development direction and activity planning of the Alumni Association。It was agreed that the Alumni Association should continue to inherit and carry forward the fine tradition of the High School Attached to Tsinghua University, and at the same time, combine the needs and development trends of modern society, and constantly innovate the form and content of activities to attract more alumni's participation and attention。
During the discussion, alumni came up with a range of creative and practical suggestions。Some alumni suggested that the industry and regional alumni chapters fly together in two wings and strive to create a horizontal and vertical development pattern。Some alumni suggested that different types of activities could be carried out for alumni of different ages, such as organizing young alumni to participate in outdoor activities, holding senior alumni experience sharing meetings, etc., to meet the needs and expectations of different alumni。At the same time, it can strengthen the cooperation with the Alma mater to provide students with more practical opportunities and career development guidance to help them grow and become better。
In addition, the conference also had an in-depth discussion on the digital transformation and innovative development of the alumni Association。The participants believed that with the rapid development of information technology, the alumni Association should actively embrace digital transformation and use advanced technologies such as the Internet and big data to improve the service level and organizational efficiency of the alumni Association。Through the construction of a more complete alumni information database and the development of a convenient interactive platform, information sharing and resource integration among alumni can be better realized, and the development of the alumni association can be promoted to a higher level and a wider field。
In the final stage of the meeting, Zhang Jie affirmed the successful convening of this meeting and placed high hopes on the future development of the Alumni Association。She said that the alumni association is an important bridge between alumni and their Alma mater, and also an important force to promote the career development of alumni and their Alma mater。As an important part of the alumni association, the alumni convenor carries the important mission of promoting the development of the alumni association。She expressed the hope that the alumni convenor can actively perform their duties, unite the alumni more closely and widely, and promote the construction and development of the Alma mater。
At the same time, in order to better serve the majority of alumni, the Alumni Association plans to hold convenor meetings in different forms in the future, to meet the different needs of alumni in a more flexible and diversified way, and further promote the exchange and cooperation between alumni。
